ODR – Online Dispute Resolution, betyder ”tvistlösning på nätet” och är en onlineplattform för konsumenter och företag som drivs av EU-kommissionen.

ODR-forumet är en kanal för att hänskjuta ett tvistemål till behandling av en ADR-aktör. Domstolsbehandlingen är dyr för både parterna i tvisten och för samhället.
